"Originally from Argentina, brought up the Italian way, and now based in London, I’ve grown up with a passion and curiosity for exploring new cultures, people and places, and I find great pleasure in helping others, and passing a conscious message across. These elements become noticeable on the mat, too. I have a witty sense of humour, which I love bringing into my classes!"
Tina is a travelling yogi, mother and wife. Dedicated and passionate to all 3 jobs, she is has become an expert in juggling all the tasks and demands of this, as well as being an incredible friend and ambassador for Nissim.
Peggy is an experienced doctor who oversees the care of emergency patients in a busy city centre hospital. In her spare time she is an avid traveller and a committed yogi. Her training is under the Strala yoga method.
Jana is accredited as a senior teacher by Yoga Alliance UK. She has taught yoga full time since 1999 and is the founder of Yoga in the City. Her teaching is influenced by many years of study of Shadow Yoga. Jana’s current study in the internal arts and exploration of all forms of movement which continues to inform the development of her own unique style.
"I found Pilates helped me considerably and I enjoyed it so much went on to train with Body Control to become one of their instructors. I am now a Body Control Pilates supervising teacher and support and guide new instructors in their journey to becoming an instructor. My love for athletics developed into coaching and in 2006 I set up social running groups; Greenwich Runners & Buggy Runners.".
Stine trained at the Trinity Laban in London. She then went onto to dancing and choreographing for Candoco Dance Company for many years. Stine is now based in Norway and CEO and artistic director of CODA Oslo International Dance Festival.
