Class Information


Vinyasa Flow – All Levels 


Build a strong foundation right from the beginning with challenging but approachable movements. Develop strength, balance and flexibility with control, engaging the correct muscles safely.

We will target the different aspects of functional movement that we need in our daily lives.



Vinyasa Flow – Intermediate


In this intermediate Vinyasa class, it will be a powerful flow with strong standing postures, inversions, arm balances and core work to create a full-body and balanced workout.  

Explore your limits and challenge your practice here!



Yin Yoga – All Levels 


Find the perfect balance in this class through long static holds from 3-5 minutes per pose, stimulating your deep connective tissues and releasing tension throughout your body.


The slow and gentle pace of each practice will help you shift from the “fight or flight” response of the sympathetic nervous system to the restorative “rest and digest” response of the parasympathetic nervous system. 

A great way to reset from your everyday stresses and completely unwind.


Yoga for Athletes – All Levels


Athletes and yoga practitioners of all levels will benefit from these deep, relaxing and restorative classes. 


The benefits of this class include: 

  • release tension 

  • increase mobility  

  • stimulate pain relief from overused muscle groups in your hips, legs, back, arms and shoulders. 



Yang & Yin Yoga – All Levels


This class takes the best of both forms of yoga, starting off with power yoga to get your sweat on, and finishing by slowing down and relaxing into deep stretches, leaving you feeling light and perfectly balanced. 


The benefits of this class include: 

Yang Yoga
